Spencer Lee Media Day at Disney Toon Studios


Spencer Lee, 21, is the co-writer/ performer of the song “Still I Fly” from the Disney Toon Studios Film “Planes: Fire and Rescue”. The song is an inspirational ode about having the courage to believe in yourself , much like the overall theme of this sequel to 2013’s “Planes”. He calls his sound “Blue Eyed Funk” and with his baby face and soulful voice, it’s easy to see why he was the perfect fit for this new franchise. “Planes: Fire and Rescue” has a soundtrack heavy with rock and country music, where “Still I Fly” fits right in.
