The Jedi Training Academy where children practice their lightsaber skills to fight the dark side is not closing at Hollywood Studios, a Walt Disney World spokeswoman said this week.
The spokeswoman confirmed the family favorite will stay open in Orlando as Disneyland officials announced it will be closing theirs.
In California, the Orange County Register reported the final performance of Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple will be scheduled for Nov. 3 after a 12-year run.
Disneyland officials would not say if a different version will be brought back when the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens in California in summer 2019, according to the Register.
Following behind, Walt Disney World will open its own Star Wars-themed land in late fall 2019.
