Disney's California Adventure - Carland

This is just speculation on my part, but a reader at the Theme Park Review forums got their hands on some new Disney concept artwork when the stockholder report was accidentally released a week early and then removed. Borrowing one piece of art at the top that stands out you can see something called Carland, a recreation of Radiator Springs from the Pixar film Cars. Of course the most interesting item of note is that the area has what looks like a racing dual track version of the Test Track ride system in place, which looks like a great idea to me. There have been small rumors for the last few years about adding a ?Test Track? style ride to California Adventure as well as an initiative to bring more family friendly E-Ticket style rides to the park as well to fix the attendance problem. While the Carland artwork gives no clue about what park it was intended for, my gut feeling says that this may be an idea for California Adventure.
